Shipping Policy
At Ounce Organics, each product is carefully crafted to meet the unique needs of our customers. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 4 days from the time of purchase. We take great care to ensure that all products maintain the highest quality standards before they are shipped.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional fee of Rs 90 will apply.
Once your order is confirmed, you will be able to track its progress and receive updates regarding your shipment and delivery.
Return Policy
We prioritize quality and take all necessary measures to ensure that our products are packaged securely and delivered in optimal condition. Each item undergoes rigorous quality control checks before dispatch, and we work closely with our courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
If you receive a defective product, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. We will gladly replace it with the same or an equivalent product. Kindly note that our products undergo careful inspection before shipment.
